Update: So I restarted from scratch, downloaded another Linux Mint Image, Downloaded UUI Universal USB Installer, burned the image to the USB Stick, restarted the computer and it goes right back to Windows. I am starting again from scratch and will be using Balena Etcher. ![]() I think I used Rufus which as you explain might be the reason. I do not recall if Etcher has an option for specifying the boot mode. That is not a concern when burning the ISO to usb when using the software on Linux Mint. I think Rufus may be one like that (and if you want to boot legacy you have to specify that when burning the ISO?). Depending upon which software you use, some of them default to EFI boot mode. ![]() The ISO has to be bootable when burned to the usb. ![]() Ohhhh, maybe I didn't burn the iso image to the usb stick, Could that be the issue? I will try it again.
